Refund & Return & Replacement Policies

Cancelations: User have to inform Bakeneto about the order cancellation over the call on our customer care number within 5 minutes of placing the order/s. (As soon we get order we start preparing it and we need cancellation request within 5 minutes. 

Refund: Once you cancel your order we shall process the amount to your original source of payment, if not then other available mode of payment after reviewing facts/ criteria and policies of Bakeneto. If customer paid twice for same transaction due to some technical issue, then second payment amount will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days via same payment Source.

Replacement : In case customer receive cake in broken condition, then they need to call us for replacement with in 5 minutes of receiving the cake and share image of cake. We shall arrange replacement or we can also offer refund amount in some cases after having discussion with customer.
