Bakeneto is the one of the few 100% Egg-less bakery located in NCR region. We don’t deal in egg or non-veg items from any of our kitchens.

You can order your dream cake from Bakeneto starting from Rs. 799. It would be a Photo Cake. You can buy Cartoon cakes starting @ Rs. 999.
Order Customized / Designer Cake by at least 1 Day in advance. However, for some cake we request to book your cake by 3 days in advance. So, we can pland and prepare Best Cake for You.
Delivery Related
Yes, your heard it right. Bakeneto deliver most of their cake in 1 hour. However, if cake if very much customized then we request for 2 to 4 hours of time depending upon the design. We have mention minimum preparation time on every items on our website to help and guide you while ordering the item online.
Yes, we have free delivery option which comes with few conditions Like minimum Order should be Rs. 499 and delivery within 5 Km from out kitchen base location. We do deliver up to 15 Km also there would be some delivery charges on that.
Yes, you can utilize Midnight delivery options also on minimum charges up to Rs. 100 and distance of the delivery location. You can know free midnight delivery by calling us or chatting us on +91-7071.634.634.
Payments & Cancellation Related
Bakeneto accepts all the major payment intermediaries like Visa, Master Card, Maestro, American Express via razorpay safe links. You can also make the payment through wallets – Paytm, Mobikwik, amazonpay and PayUmoney etc.
With every order, customers get a 5-minute window to cancel it by calling us @ 7071634634. If you cancel you get a full refund and post that you get only 20% of the amount depending upon the type of cake etc.
Post the submission of Cancellation request on call, we shall refund within 3 -5 working days. Refund charges of 5% shall be applicable to recover the transaction cost, etc. (packing cost, manpower cost etc).
