All prices are in Indian Rupees.

We may alter or vary the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you. Payment must be made at the time of placing the order by bank transfer, credit/debit card or at the time of delivery by cash (if available). Failure to pay on time will result in the cancellation of your order.

Discounts are calculated on price after deducting GST/IGST tax from it not the whole amount of the product. To follow the sustainability idea, the Payment Invoice would be sent over an email, not by post/hard copy.

User can only apply one coupon code at a time.

These Terms and Conditions and our Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of India. The parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Noida.

Cancellations: The user has to inform Bakeneto about the order cancellation over the call on our customer care number within 5 minutes of placing the order/s. (As soon we get the order we start preparing it and we need a cancellation request within 5 minutes.

Refund: once you cancel your order we shall process the amount to your source of payment, if not then other available modes of payment after reviewing the facts/ criteria and policies of Bakeneto. If the customer paid twice for the same transaction due to some technical issue, then the second payment amount will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days via the same payment Source.

INDEMNITY

The User unilaterally agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, without objection, the Company, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions and/or demands and/or liabilities and/or losses and/or damages whatsoever arising from or resulting from their use of Bakeneto. in or their breach of the terms.

LIABILITY

We have ensured that the information available on this Website is correct and error-free. We apologize for any errors or omissions that may have occurred. Therefore, we do not make any warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied, relating to its accuracy. User agrees that neither Company nor its group companies, directors, officers or employee shall be liable for any direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special or/and consequential or/and exemplary damages, resulting from the use or/and the inability to use the service or/and for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or/and services or resulting from any goods or/and data or/and information or/and services purchased or/and obtained or/and messages received or/and transactions entered into through or/and from the service or/and resulting from unauthorized access to or/and alteration of user’s transmissions or/and data or/and arising from any other matter relating to the service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or/and use or/and data or other intangible, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Offers are subject to Bakeneto Bakery discretion and may be withdrawn at any time and without notice

User further agrees that Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension or termination of service, including but not limited to director/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special consequential or/and exemplary damages, whether such interruption or/and suspension or/and termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent.

User agrees that Company shall not be responsible or liable to user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event, shall the Company’s total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.

DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

In no event shall Company or any parties, organizations or entities associated with the corporate brand name us or otherwise, mentioned at this Website be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitations, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damage to computer hardware or loss of data information or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the Website and the Website Material, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not, such organization or entities were advised of the possibility of such damages.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Each cake is handcrafted and since every chef has their style of baking and designing, there might be slight variations in the final product in terms of design and shape.
• Since cakes and other confectionary items are perishable, we attempt delivery of your order only once. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
• Occasionally, the substitution of flavours and designs is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability of items or ingredients.
• Store cream cakes in a refrigerator. Fondant cakes should be stored in an air-conditioned environment.
• Use a serrated knife to cut a fondant cake.
• Sculptural elements and figurines may contain wire supports or toothpicks or wooden skewers for support.
• The original product may not resemble completely with the pictorial representation.
• The flowers and other gift items shown with the cakes are for visual purposes only and are not provided with the actual order.
